The team at Consequential Planning has many years’ experience providing practical financial planning advice to people, families and businesses in Bewdley and the surrounding area.

We provide advice across a wide range of services including investments, savings, mortgages and protection. We are committed to putting our clients at the heart of everything we do and to developing long-term relationships.

This is achieved by ensuring that we understand the individual needs of each client, and by implementing tailored financial plans to address those needs.

David Farrance

Job Title: Owner and Chartered Financial Planner 

David has 20 years’ experience as an adviser working on an employed basis for HSBC as a Premier Independent Financial Adviser and for 10 years as a self employed Independent Financial Adviser.  In May 2020 he took the decision to start his own directly authorised financial advice business.

Nick Boyd

Job Title: Financial Controller and Admin Assistant

Nick has many years’ experience working in financial services, he has held roles in mortgage sales, processing and compliance and has also run his own children’s entertainment business.  

Maggie Rogers

Job Title: Compliance Officer and Admin Assistant

Maggie has Over 35 years professional experience in the Financial Sector, she holds the Level 4 diploma qualification in financial planning and her previous roles include Premier Relationship Manager and Senior Financial Planning Manager both with HSBC.  

Michael Farrance

Job Title: Independent Financial Adviser

Mike has a degree in History and Sports Coaching from Oxford Brookes, he is transitioning into a career in financial services where he hopes his communication and team skills will be an asset.  

Jonathan Darley

Job Title: Chartered Financial Planner/SOLLA Accredited Adviser

Jonathan qualified as a financial adviser in 2009 and has worked for a variety of companies including HSBC, Mitten Clarke Chartered Accountants and Gemini Wealth Management. He prides himself on being ethically driven and client centric. Making clients happy and giving them peace of mind in their financial decisions is his priority.

Adam Rendall BSc(Hons) Chartered ALIBF

Job Title: Independent Financial Adviser

Adam is committed to providing high quality advice that is tailored to your needs.  Following a 16-year career in the British Army, Adam quickly established a strong reputation for building excellent relationships with his clients. Adam has a particular interest in helping corporate clients build employee benefit packages.

Jessamine Farrance

Job Title: Trainee Paraplanner

Jess has a degree in Marine Biology from The University of Essex, she is transitioning into the financial services. She is sure the critical thinking, problem solving and interpersonal relationship skills she’s developed will be an asset.

Caroline Laudren

Job Title: Independent Financial Adviser

Caroline has 15 years of experience in Sales, in Investment Banking across cities like Paris, NYC, Birmingham, and London. As an Independent Financial Adviser, she will be specializing in Investments & Savings, Protections, Employee Benefits, and Pensions. Caroline is eager to apply her expertise and help clients make informed financial decisions.
